1. Multiple cases been reported after the replacement units were released. 2. New battery got excessive heat issue. 3. Battery charging is not working. 4. Samsung Korea claimed that they will investigate the root causes as soon as possible. 5. Korean netizens complained and said Note 7 users should be banned in transport system such as subway stations. Mind you. They specifically said "Note 7 users should be banned". Not the phones only, but also the users themselves should be banned. The Korea netizens are much more hardcore than we thought... 6. Some Korea users suspected that the root cause is on the manufactured design itself instead of battery

too many different answer...
technically, not wrong. Samsung also wanna be smart and tell, if got all the items, owners should return. if loss, then ok.
which i think is what Samsung Singapore is saying as well. if owner tells them item lost, then let it be. but if not lost, should return.

if it's a design issue... then nothing much can be done other than stop selling. just like how we see sometimes ikea recall stuff when it's proven the design can be dangerous, etc...
Not related to Note 7. But they are all Samsung devices...so I would just put this in here for reference. All of them are in mandarin since they are China news. All those news were reported in these 2 days.
