here is another problem that this owner face (shadow on the front cam) after the replacement...but really really 1 of thousand ..so far ...

Malaysia SME has the worst efficient & support for the owner...
No Q&A, No confirmation, nothing clear information for the consumer, just like we kick only they move ..

i agree.. i think software may cause the bootloop.. the nexus 6p experience bootloop issue after update to android nougat too...

but i did call to SC that i collect my replacement phone.. they say yes 29th, but dunno what time the stock arrive..
no update yet on the courier part...
i think better call to confirm before going to exchange..
