I hope YES allow exchange done by friends/family member other than the owner themselves, will be overseas, can't collect on the same day or few days after... sianz...

I cant comment much because I didnt buy the warranty in the first place, hence forking out 1k for screen replacement. How does a screen suddenly crack by itself? I think it should cover user mishandling (etc dropping on floor resulting in screen crack). otherwise why would we buy the warranty? |

Thanks in advance for the clarifications. for the compensation, we're supposedly getting the 1 year screen crack warranty (it's a extra protection that Samsung phone owners can purchase) and it's supposed to cover any type of screen cracks -- like you dropping the phone, etc. but just to be on safe side, no harm asking the sales ppl when you collect your new phone. |
