No one bring box to take flight la. I think Note 7 should be banned forever or I will not take flight of that airplane.

IIRC screen crack is not covered under the standard warranty, perhaps pohsze care to explain abit since she had experience on this matter.
*
Screen crack due to drop is covered under screen crack warranty. That is the whole point of the extra money paid for the warranty.

No idea. But my view is, since the happening of this explosion issue, people have been focusing their attention on it.

Therefore, it would be hard for Samsung to sell the phone without first going through series of testing and confirmation.

If the testing result show positive and verified, I don't see the reason why airlines won't lift the ban smile.gif
*
Because its more easy to blanket ban Note 7. Airlines don't want to do extra job.

Samsung heir promotes Galaxy Note 7

Btw, some reports indicated that Lee Jae-yong will be taking in charge of solving the Note 7 fiasco. So ya. If you wonder who will be the saviour of Note 7, he is the man you should count on. notworthy.gif

This is called "put on table". biggrin.gif

they only need to shoot the root cause for this banning enigma. FAA.

Banning Note 7 is not an enigma. It is logical. As well as banning watery item. It is based on facts.

I think it is not fair to ban note 7 permanently if Samsung manage to solve the issue.

All the phone batteries are prone to explosion, although the chance is low. Does that mean all phones should be banned?
*
As I said, its hard to identify which one is solved. Airlines will lose millions every year just to check if you got the fixed Note 7.
