With regard to your further enquiry on replacement of Samsung Galaxy Note 7, please be informed that we are handling this matter with 2 options:
1) Exchange of device: In this exchange only items in the box are required to be returned.
2) Return of device with refund: Under this circumstance, you are required to return all of the items that you have received which is the device, items in the box and preorder gifts.
