Need some help....I had change the motherboard with SC on 24th AUG (bootloop auto restart issue)...happy using with no problem until today....My device still has bootloop auto restart issue...3 times restart today... What should I do now since the 1-1 replacement will be on 29th September? (sry for my bad english)

NVM ... I think the smart care warrant is tied to your phone IMEI. Since that you have exchanged phone, the warranty may not work anymore. Still, you loose nothing, right? Just re-purchase the smart care warranty using the refunded RM248. I'll probably do the same since I've bought extended and screen crack warranty for my existing Note7.

Anyway, they requested complete box with accessories. You can keep the freebies though.

That said, I've forgotten to ask if they compensate us anything due to all the inconveniences.

Where you get the news that they will provide free extended warranty? As far as i know, only give screen crack warranty for 1 year.

Not sure whether anybody already posted this. Too many pages for me to check.
I got my Note7 from Maxis Zerolution. I just enquired them about this replacement. They asked me to return the unit from tomorrow onwards, whereby they can arrange for a loan unit of Samsung J7. The Note7 replacement will only start on 29/Sept as announced by Samsung Malaysia.
Also, as per what Samsung Malaysia said, there will be a 1 year screen crack protection plus screen protector. Furthermore, Maxis will waive 1 month of Zerolution, valued at RM101.
If anybody with Maxis Zerolution, please call them if you want to book the loan unit as they have limited units.

screen crack only covers until 31 December 2016. Not 1 year but only 3 months.
