Each replacement unit will come with a complimentary tempered glass screen protector and Samsung Screen Protection Coverage (Validity period: 31 August - 31 December 2016) as a token of apology.

i just got an email from senheng for the screen protection warranty. its 1 year and not 3 months as the previous email sent out by senheng. they just confirmed it with SME. i think all the replacement units in msia will get the same thing.

Suppose need to change immediately and temporary replace other model of samsung device (as long as people still can get contact with you if they only have 1 device).

Somemore if wait until 29th Sept do replacement, I think more and more case battery explode will in Malaysia (just hopefully don't occur~ unsure.gif ) because some of people does not have other devices to replace and take high risk of their life continue use current device until 29th Sept.

Haha! I ordered from Courts and they said collect at nearest branch... and they will only call on 29 September onwards...

Are you retarded? Do you want Samsung to rush and send out problematic Note 7 again? Please give Samsung some time to properly check through their devices before sent out for replacement. They don't want and they can't bear any mistake anymore.

They do loan N7 users with their phone. Some says S6 Edge or J7. Use them if you afraid the N7 will explode until 29th.

Samsung should rush to collect all the Note 7 to reduce the explode case problem. (Take note this is worldwide) You want to see many people injury from news?

They can internal settle themselves to investigate the problematic of Note 7 devices. Customers are understand and let them take their times to settle for it, but NOT take high risk of their life still use that devices until end of this month for replacement.

If customers have their backup devices, then recommend to use back their devices for communication purposes.

If they dont have backup devices, samsung should provide temporary use of any samsung devices (at least people can keep in touch with you). If samsung currently don't have stock (for low-end devices), just provide the samsung voucher (for compensate purposes) to purchase other model of samsung devices for their customers.
