i think will wait till next tuesday before giving a call to Courts. hopefully by then there will be some official statement in their Fb.

Samsung is handling this replacement like rookies. They did not think through the process before posting the message and their partners seem to be not informed as to what to do when customers contact them.

I've sent an email to Courts, hope they would reply. Will update if there's any reply.

I've also Livechat with Samsung CS:

1) Latest update (as mentioned by the CS) - please contact the respective Courts Malaysia to facilitate this exchange

2) She is not aware of FREE 1 year screen protection warranty + FREE tempered glass. But after I told her I saw in FB, she checked and confirmed yes. "customer will get free "Samsung Screen Crack Protection" and "tempered glass screen protection" for the Note 7 replacement"

I think at this moment, the CS is not fully aware of what's happening....

IMHO it's a good thing.. If they handle like pros means they have good experiences on recalls and their past products not reliable... most important we are not short changed..

the moment the girl over the phone said: "regarding on phone replacement please refer back to samsung service center"
Me: "wtf? samsung just ask me to refer back to telco, and now u ask me to refer back to samsung, what the hell is this"
girl: "sir, we just selling phone, any phone matter refer back to samsung service center"
me: "excuse me, are u aware of the note 7 replacement issue on 29th Sep?"
girl: " yes sir, we do, we just being informed that customer can send back to samsung center for refund"
me: "WHAT?! Wtf are you talking about, there is no statement from samsung mentioning about refund"
girl: "oh, in that case, please hold the line for awhile"

girl: "sir, thank you for waiting, digi online store team will call the digi note7 buyer on replacement on 29th September onwards..."

I believe it's too soon for everything to be sorted out. SCs on both sides are still in a mess as they don't keep each other informed of the situation

this is very unacceptable, SC are the front liner of a company to answer customer enquiries, instead of giving stupid excuse/answer to treat customer like sohai.

My phone starting randomly reboot till i need to soft reset for it to restart , wonder if i sent to Service Center will change mother board first or need to put there till 29th ? Does random reboot was causing by the battery issue ?
