I must say I'm quite satisfy with the recall and replacement arrangement although there are some messes during the announcement.

i totally din get any call about this issue, my phone at SC since 31 Aug, they din call me to collect back the old phone ...totally no use ..sigh

Samsung juz called me smile.gif

Owners can get their phone replacement from 29th onward, that being said, you don't have to go on 29th itself, the days after also can

Tried to ask the screen crack thing, they say better call Samsung hotline to clarify as they also dun have info

1) Phone (ofcoz )
2) Pin
3) Charger
4) Type C cable
5) micro usb converter
6) USB converter
7) Ear set
8) Extra S-pen head

any thing else ??

shinobikit u might wanna check out Digi's own community and maybe just feedback to them as well.

and yes, i have also feedback to them.

but looking at what is happening ATM, even Samsung CS also not really up-to-date.

i guess everyone is just trying to sort it out and make sure we don't have to run around come month end.

so... i guess we can all wait a few more days and see what happens la...

you are assuming it is only the battery problem. as its the first time they are using USB-C type connected, THAT might've been the problem itselves and also the motherboard too as those things are all connected together.

nope, if the defect comes from the chip you can't replace it even with removable battery.

With regards to enquiry, please find the procedure for the exchange policies after discussion between Courts Malaysia and Samsung Mobile Malaysia.

1. Replacement set can be collected starts on 29/9/2016 and onwards at nearest Courts branches. Provided with prove of purchase.

2. You will be contacted by our Courts staff by September 29th, 2016 for the confirmation.

3. Replacement will be 1 to 1 exchange – same as per customer order (customer can’t change the color of the Samsung Galaxy Note7)

4. Customer will get a brand new set of Samsung Galaxy Note7. Not a recycle set.

5. Replacement of the Samsung Galaxy Note7 is prior to "1 to 1" – Customer only need to bring the phone.

6. The brand new replacement of Samsung Galaxy Note 7 set that will be replace for customers, comes with an apology card and 2 freebies courtesy of Samsung Mobile Malaysia.

 Screen crack protector – 1 years
 Screen crack insurance – 1 years
