Samsung: "29th we will replace all the note7 1-to-1 from 10am-10pm, just go back to the orginal u purchased the phone"

how about telcos and other partners?

i have also just called up DiGi....
the moment the girl over the phone said: "regarding on phone replacement please refer back to samsung service center"
Me: "wtf? samsung just ask me to refer back to telco, and now u ask me to refer back to samsung, what the hell is this"
girl: "sir, we just selling phone, any phone matter refer back to samsung service center"
me: "excuse me, are u aware of the note 7 replacement issue on 29th Sep?"
girl: " yes sir, we do, we just being informed that customer can send back to samsung center for refund"
me: "WHAT?! Wtf are you talking about, there is no statement from samsung mentioning about refund"
girl: "oh, in that case, please hold the line for awhile"

****after a few mins****

girl: "sir, thank you for waiting, digi online store team will call the digi note7 buyer on replacement on 29th September onwards..."

this is very unacceptable, SC are the front liner of a company to answer customer enquiries, instead of giving stupid excuse/answer to treat customer like sohai.

Some rich ppl switch phone like switching fashion clothes.

But for middle income ppl income like us, eat roti and save few months still can afford 3k phone, but expectation different, the one and only phone.

For rich people different, oh.. note 7 got time bomb issue, then i keep in drawer and use my note 5 or iphone 6s first... the hell.. i only a 4 years old note 2!

that's why we want fast and proper action from samsung and its pre-order to lay out the exchange mechanism... all parties also not properly communicated... somemore exploding is a serious issue, all parties like berlengah lengah take their own sweet time, treating customer like idiot.....

i also want to keep it aside, but what u want me to do? i dont have spare phone anymore... are u telling me to spend another hundreds to buy a spare phone use for one month while putting note7 in drawer? come on, not all ppl rich like someone having multiple phones.

you guys also using Smart Switch PC to sync all the stuff before handing over your phone back to samsung right?

i dont think there is enough time to do instant cable mobile transfer.
