yes you're right. realized this on the s6 edge + replacement, when the cs from gardens call me again on how's the device? it the same on the back states yateley UK.
in this case, switch it off as what samsung said, return in to the service centre, you might want to avoid sunway pyramid, can try one utama or even drop by gardens just like i did, not too much people and the cs are helpful.
and please don't bombard samsung fb, they're social media agencies, and they took instructions from sme directly, no point venge there, as they would take time to revert to you, unless you prefer the standardized reply, would strongly recommend you to give a call to sme careline, for your concern.
from my exp, i called 3 areas in order to get the replacement:-
1) SME
2) Sunway Pyramid retailer that I've collected the phone, he provided me all the service centre contact numbers, I called Pyramid, no one picked up, 1Utama left 1 S7 edge, and then Gardens.
3) Gardens, in securing the phone, as I've told them I would be travelling from Port Klang to take. so special case.
And I've double confirmed from Samsung Gardens, that the replacement is S6 Edge Plus not S7 Edge, if anyone managed to get S7 Edge. Please let me know ya. Thanks.
So you surrender your Note 7 full box set to them and you get full box set of S6 Edge Plus , any terms and condition for loan a phone from them ?
