i did already the verifying process and my debit card is link to paypal but the issue is when i click to pay in ebay i still get the unable to process payment msg pls use another card..btw my paypal balance is usd 3 only but there's enough cash in my bank account..pls help..thanks

Have u check if the amount is more than your online withdrawal limit? Also check if u have allow online transaction for ur debit card or try again later. Ur final solution is by calling the bank to check.

Amount purchase is less then withdrawal limit..online transaction is allowed for my debit card coz i have no problems with steam purchase all this while..i have sufficent balance in my maybank only low amount in my paypal.btw the error code on ebay is 10417.btw i email paypal and they said that could be maybank is blocking my payment..any other solutions or izit possible if i try paying using the second option in ebay which is use the not a paypal member but paying via credit or debit card..is that ok?

Yeah you could try paying directly using credit or debit card in eBay. If the error code still out means it is your bank card's problem. Or maybe you could try tomorrow.

As I have one time too encountered this problem and when tried on the next day, the transaction is able to pass through again.

*Make sure the withdrawal limit is for online withdrawal limit, not atm withdrawal limit which is different.

Whew!Payment when through after couple of tries just now manage to make payment..i think got problem with maybank online transaction..anyway thanks for the advice and really appreciate ur big help..now im confident to use paypal.

Hello guys. i would like to ask What if the payment amount is over the Public Bank Transfer Limit which is RM5000? , i want to buy car parts which cost RM7000,will the payment still proceed anyway?

Added on January 22, 2012, 3:23 amand 1 more question.. If i added 1 more debit card to my Paypal Account, can i make a payment (total 7000RM) with 2 debit card in just one transaction? Example: Pay Rm4000 with Card 1 and RM 3000 with Card 2

i seriously need help here....i got an unauthorized payment around 1 am ++ just now only ...wtf....USD 49 , from paypal account to an email address..how the hell the transaction was made ?? i never log in to paypal nor access via mobile , suddenly receive and email said my payment successfully sent ...zZZ

If you pay using 2 debit card then the amount will be separated into 2 transaction already.. No way to make it as one since it's using different card. I think the transaction wouldn't pass through. As previously i tried to pay some fees online that exceeded my withdrawal limit, and ended up have to pay it 2 times separately.

Added on January 22, 2012, 2:27 pmYour account has been hacked, just go your transaction there for the USD 49 and click on the open a dispute or resolution case. The funds would be refunded to you after the investigation is completed which shall take up to 2 months. If better, call up Paypal and seek advice into it.

now i want to take the money out. How should i take it out?
link my bank acc to paypal and then transfer it to bank acc? Is that possible? if yes,how should i do it?

sure there will be a charge, that's why PayPal do business,besides you do any payment,you can withdraw your cash direct to your bank account or your Visa® credit/debit card.
to do this make sure you really understand all terms,condition and rules by PayPal.One more! be careful because a lot of PayPal fraud cases out there..

Added on January 23, 2012, 6:23 amyes its possible,but once your money is in PayPal, that's not your money that's is PayPal money, until you completed one by one their step then they will release your money..read the PayPal withdraw rule, any withdraw example will be charge RM20 MYR

tried to verified my public day2day atm debit card to paypal account.
from paypal website, it stated RM10.00 will be charged for the 4 digits verification code.

but from the public bank online, i saw the hold amount is RM15.00

what is the additional RM5.00?

only RM10 MYR i think

public bank just hold RM15.00 from my savings account, don't know why.

ask your public bank what other RM5, but its ok after verified u got back your money in your paypal account must be RM15 or RM10 in US dollar conversion

they will not know as this is the amount hold by paypal, they should just charged RM10.00, but they hold RM15.00 instead of RM10.00

yes, it stated RM10.00 on paypal website

ooh i remember last time i paid same amount with you RM15 the additional RM5 is is PayPal charge,for an account, only RM10 MYR will be deposit back in to your paypal acount in US dollar.
