Hello guys. i would like to ask What if the payment amount is over the Public Bank Transfer Limit which is RM5000? , i want to buy car parts which cost RM7000,will the payment still proceed anyway?

Added on January 22, 2012, 3:23 amand 1 more question.. If i added 1 more debit card to my Paypal Account, can i make a payment (total 7000RM) with 2 debit card in just one transaction? Example: Pay Rm4000 with Card 1 and RM 3000 with Card 2
