I got problem with my PB Debit Card, when i do transaction adding some money (cash deposit) on my PB Debit Card, when i check my paypal is show $0 balance..
after doing some research, i found this http://www.rhb.com.my/RHBNow/paypal/ Just went back from RHB to open new account but i cant coz mykad got chip problem Then go to JPN to make new mykad, have to wait a month..  ps : who can help me transfer fund to my paypal  |

I found that Ebay and Paypal having a problem during checkout .
I click checkout and the log in with Paypal Account , and it show : This transaction cannot be completed... At this time, we are unable to process your request. Please return to eBay and try another option. This Problem already few days but still cannot be solved by Ebay. I ask the seller to solve, also useless. Currently Ebay only have Call Customer Service and didn't have Online Chat or E-Mail Customer Service |

click the topup tab and select other bank to topup your paypal account
