pls help..i bought something from ebay how do i pay the item via maybank debit card which is verified through paypal?how to link the debit card?thx

i did already the verifying process and my debit card is link to paypal but the issue is when i click to pay in ebay i still get the unable to process payment msg pls use another card..btw my paypal balance is usd 3 only but there's enough cash in my bank account..pls help..thanks

Amount purchase is less then withdrawal limit..online transaction is allowed for my debit card coz i have no problems with steam purchase all this while..i have sufficent balance in my maybank only low amount in my paypal.btw the error code on ebay is 10417.btw i email paypal and they said that could be maybank is blocking my payment..any other solutions or izit possible if i try paying using the second option in ebay which is use the not a paypal member but paying via credit or debit card..is that ok?

Whew!Payment when through after couple of tries just now manage to make payment..i think got problem with maybank online transaction..anyway thanks for the advice and really appreciate ur big help..now im confident to use paypal.

next day paypal malaysia gave me a call to follow up after i emailed them..they said problem is not from our bank or paypal but got some problem from ebay US..as long as u r a verified paypal user u just need to try few times to make your payment go through..thats about it..
