sure there will be a charge, that's why PayPal do business,besides you do any payment,you can withdraw your cash direct to your bank account or your Visa® credit/debit card.
to do this make sure you really understand all terms,condition and rules by PayPal.One more! be careful because a lot of PayPal fraud cases out there..

Added on January 23, 2012, 6:23 amyes its possible,but once your money is in PayPal, that's not your money that's is PayPal money, until you completed one by one their step then they will release your money..read the PayPal withdraw rule, any withdraw example will be charge RM20 MYR

ask your public bank what other RM5, but its ok after verified u got back your money in your paypal account must be RM15 or RM10 in US dollar conversion

but he paypal said RM10 right?

ooh i remember last time i paid same amount with you RM15 the additional RM5 is is PayPal charge,for an account, only RM10 MYR will be deposit back in to your paypal acount in US dollar.

you add you debit card in paypal account sure to recognize the ownership will be charge ,don't to shock , anything is business ,you want to make paypal account must have debit or credit card,also need a charge, but verifying process is FOC

yeah i tried topup last week i saw 2 option RHB and other bank, but other bank option cannot work
