If its next to TWY2, then that's already pretty deep into the Segambut Kampung, AND next to the elevated NKVE highway.
Granted, UEM-Sunrise and other MK developers own some of the greenfield land here. So maybe one day in the future, Mont Kiara's borders may eventually expand to to include that corner of Kampung Segambut. But that's not likely to happen in the next 5-10 years RM300k might not really be cheap for a RIMAWIP. Most likely is the Sunrise strategy to have all the affordable housing at the fringe of MK to offset the requirement to provide them for their other bigger developments. e.g. Solaris Dutamas 2, etc.
As Sunrise may make more money (faster and no risk) by selling off the land than to built affordable housing. |

Affordable homes is a current/recent policy and I think many developers are required to develop a certain number of affordable homes today when they owned residential lands.

Any experts here? relak brudder. ini rumawip jauh dekat NKVE hugging the NKVE actually.they just call it Rumawip MK so as to satisfy govt requirement. it's actually rumawip kampung segmbut, across the highway from prima pelangi/kampung segambut dalam. it's like they built rumawip at sri sinar and call it rumawip DPC. if you staying at nearer to the real MK, this project might even be good for us. i also read some sourgrape hoping rumawip is next to MK10. haha, well, hope springs eternal. Best budget house deal of 2018? This is effectively a UEM Sunrise MK condominium (at least in name) with condo facilities, not apartment, and for RM300k. Actually a lot of the kampung squatters near here already cleared by upcoming BON Kiara if people bother to check the location.

One question guys, lets say a friend of mine was a co-owner of a house which her brother bought many years ago because he couldn't get a loan with his own documents at that time, can she qualify to buy a rumah WIP on her now? For your info, the house has now been sold and my friend has yet to buy any houses till now.

when i key in all the detail for my wife, and click on "memohon" this project, recheck back the status - TAK LAYAK.. So fast they reject my application.
The counter check of the eligibility of the project filter manually or by their computer system? MAy be somewhere is isi wrong |

Other property agents told me this is segambut but market as mont kiara. Asked my friend who staying at scenaria, and she said this rumahwip is just 3km from scenaria.

Hi, can I know any of you who have submitted the application for condominium Kiara kasih, did your status of applicatiom in rumawip website has changed from Layak Dipohon to Sedang diprocess yet? I have submitted my document through pos laju two weeks ago. But my status is still layal Dipohon. I just worried if my document was not being processed at all

For me, cementery is a NO for me cos i very pantang about it. I had stayed at condo which is next to highway for 3yrs plus, ok for me, so rather choose a project near highway...
Of cos, it really depends on ur own preference. |

I only manage to get to view layout only. Some info I get from the UEM Staff. [Updated] **Launching Date/Balloting Date will be on 20th of March. **The Balloting will be held on nearby the sales gallery but not in UEM Sunrise Sales Gallery. Perhaps in School (Havent decide yet) **Beside us nearby HTC will be having a PP1AM or PRIMA government house. **Free 2 Parking **RM 5,000 Booking Fees **SNP Fees will be bear by developer , other fees still not confirmed whether is bear by developer anot. -----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Went to the showroom today. Was told currently confirmed is 1 carpark for each unit only but they will get more details on the 20th March. They are still finalizing some info.

quite skeptical on how is the balloting going to be carried out, since most of the applicants status is still under "layak diproses". Will all the applicants be invited for balloting despite being under "Layak diproses" category ?

Not so familiar with MK area. Purposely went to the proposed site yesterday. Other than HTC and highway that all of us already know.
Few things want to discuss with you guys. 1. The environment Do not have any shoplot in walking distance. 2. The route The traffic will be in a mess if all the cars exiting from all the surrounding condos during working hours. Quite a number of traffic light. 3. The amenities Except international school. Any kindergarten or primary School or secondary nearby? Any supermarket nearby except cold storage at Solaris? I'm not familiar with that area and appreciate someone can share some info here. |

The nearest place with shop lots and eating places are either Segambut or Desa Sri Hartamas. I usually drive to Desa Sri Hartamas for food. If you live at a higher floor, the view actually is quite nice. You can see the night lights of KL. But if you at a lower floor, I think you can only see the malay kampung or the highway You'll also noticed 2 tone environment because 1 side is Mont Kiara and another site is actually Segambut Dalam. This RumahWIP is actually situated in Segambut Dalam. Segambut Dalam is a malay kampung area with lots of bangalas. As you go nearer to the international school, you'll notice more foreigners instead. 2. There's only 2 routes. Coming out from the small road, turning left will lead you to Segambut. Right would be to the international school. Currently traffic is bad during office hours cause nearby condos all coming out and using the same road. Can't imagine when rumah WIP is completed. 3. So far I only know there's 2 international school nearby. The nearest school and kindergarten would be Kepong or Segambut area already.
