the land flatten now at opposite Kasih Kiara, do there an other project again?

Jalan HJ Hamzah is correct? suddenly this road different name😅 i guess is using same Jalan Kiara, but not😅

There is another project near kk, if I am not mistaken you should be referring to TWY mont kiara.

There will be very high difficulty to remove the squatters area as it has been divided to many small plots.

Anyway this Kiara Kasih will be segambut address as registered with the authority, and the border to MK is actually with Trinity Pentamont.

Not sure Kiara Kasih will be Segambut address or MK address when it is completing, a lot of different views.

Impian Villas (400m from Trinity Pentamont) is @mont' kiara address.
Laman Damaisari (at Bukit Segambut, 600m from NKVE) using @mont' kiara address.
Arte at KL Metropolis (600m from MK boundary) still call themselves Arte Mont Kiara...

KePONG also use Kiara address nowadays..

All like to use ‘KIARA’ or ‘MONT KIARA’.

Kesian sg buluh, segambut dan kepong... All new area letak nama haute place... Tak sedar diri tul

Kiara is a magic word, until Jalan Ipoh also call kiara😅 now until kepong almost selayang also have Kiara😅😅😅

I think it is nothing.

This area currently used as Fabrication Yard, Storage and Worker Camp for Kiara Kasih.

The Contractor so lucky, their site activity not interrupted by the surrounding. (July 2019 photo)

original land have a empty land dy, if contractor need use will use own first, but the own land just let it grow grass now, if flatten land beside will cost to them more than using own land, right, i think there is something in future~

like Inspirasi also flatten Ardena land and use, now Inspirasi not using Ardena land anymore, coz Ardena progressing soil testing, Ardena will build soon~

i'm aim also one unit here

The empty land in between Kiara Kasih and HTC/jungle was reserved for a big TNB Substation.

Probably the Contractor just paid a small amount to rent the land (parallel to KK) from the Landowner (Tae Jas Holdings & Kiara Anjung ?), flatten it and use it for the next 2 years's construction activities.
