I thought there is chinese primary sch nearby and also Sri Sentosa secondary sch.
Not aware that Salak South is used to be a chinese village.
The layout isnt good?
Leasehold or freehold doesn't matter as highrise buildings doesn't own a land. Everyone is just sharing on a piece of land.
Apart from that, what about the developer? Never heard of Polyritz before.
I simply feel primary and secondary school may not bring potential tenants in future... Whereas Rumahwip of Bukit Jalil may have more potential tenants due to few universities are surrounded, eg IMU.
But the Rumahwip of Bukit Jalil is just opposite to the stadium and highway, and its back has two primary / secondary schools which make me feel crowded and noisy. Some rumahwips are even nearby the HTC (high tendency cable), which may harm our health.
About the layout... I would be very happy if the medium room’s window could face out with external views than internal views...
Freehold and leasehold has differences la. Every rumahwip has its good and bad. RM300K... Give and take lo... Make comparison among all Rumahwip and select the best suit to u. I just share with you with my points and perhaps could help you to figure out what you want the most...
I consider lots and personally feel Rumahwip Salak South is less crowded + very convenient for own stay. I have placed my booking fees to reserve a unit here...
