Guys, saw this property from rumawip website and applied from there. So what is the next step? Should I just wait for confirmation email from rumawip or I can directly submit my application to the developer?

Hello all, property newbie, is really a good for own stay this place? Can I have some opinions? Thank you.

It depends on what you prefer. You may review the other rumahwips before making decision.

This area is currently not as crowded as Bukit Jalil, Oug and Desa Water Park, nearby future Mrt and also Bandar Tasik Selatan (LRT, KTM , ERL and Buses to south of msia). It's definitely a golden location to either drive / take public transport.

However, the potential tenant is less due to no school / collegue and no profitable activities are surrounded and carried.

When compared to Bukit Jalil and other reputable areas, some people may not like the name of ”Salak South" as it used to be a Chinese Kampung.

Apart from that, you have to consider its layout and it's leasehold

I thought there is chinese primary sch nearby and also Sri Sentosa secondary sch.
Not aware that Salak South is used to be a chinese village.
The layout isnt good?
Leasehold or freehold doesn't matter as highrise buildings doesn't own a land. Everyone is just sharing on a piece of land.
Apart from that, what about the developer? Never heard of Polyritz before.

I simply feel primary and secondary school may not bring potential tenants in future... Whereas Rumahwip of Bukit Jalil may have more potential tenants due to few universities are surrounded, eg IMU.

But the Rumahwip of Bukit Jalil is just opposite to the stadium and highway, and its back has two primary / secondary schools which make me feel crowded and noisy. Some rumahwips are even nearby the HTC (high tendency cable), which may harm our health.

About the layout... I would be very happy if the medium room’s window could face out with external views than internal views...

Freehold and leasehold has differences la. Every rumahwip has its good and bad. RM300K... Give and take lo... Make comparison among all Rumahwip and select the best suit to u. I just share with you with my points and perhaps could help you to figure out what you want the most...

I consider lots and personally feel Rumahwip Salak South is less crowded + very convenient for own stay. I have placed my booking fees to reserve a unit here...

Thank you for the sharing.. Oic, saw BJ project there is highway in between the residents and the lrt station Like what you said. IMU also opposite the highway.. is it..
If that the case, looks like not so convenient to travel unless u drive out.

Hmm, just saw from rumahwip website. They allocate a year for submission? lol

Tarikh Buka Permohonan
07-Sep-2017
Tarikh Tutup Permohonan
31-Dec-2018

I think is not a typo, because saw the rumahwip website, there are few projects allocate almost a year for registration. I guess only lesser units & "hot cakes" area open limited period for registration.

Ritz Communities has 1120 units to offer, and house is a fixed asset not so liquid. Besides, 1st n 2nd house buyers only & for work/stay in KL only right.
