rumahwip, rumah selangorku, PPA1M, etc can only buy 1 project that's all.
is eligible for first home buyer only. for own stay. not for renting or flipping upon completion.

Without signing the S&P, you can still reject. Just dont sign and you will not be binded legally.

But then again if you reject after balloting and got assign a unit, there is no guarantee you can still apply other rumahwip project elsewhere.

Only sign the S&P after obtaining bank loan (got bank offer letter). Unless you super confident will get loan or gonna buy with cash, then can sign straight away.
You can apply up to 5 RUMAHWIP project all at once.

The bill doesnt need to be under your name. Just any random bill to prove that you are staying in kl.

Plenty of example. Some even in the same building such as Residensi Rampai. Low level (smaller size without balcony) is RUMAHWIP. High level (bigger size with balcony) is open everyone can buy.

But mostly side by side. Different block.

I know if you reject rumahwip without ballot for any unit, you will still have a chance in future.

Still can buy via lelong. Those low cost property PPR/flat/etc even rumah selangorku and rumahwip will have no restriction once fall under bank auction "force sale". Anyone can buy.
