don't worry.... many units still available .... some people also reject after ballot because unit no good.

i was thinking for investment years later on for rental. but as for now, this is the affordable ones. this is because most of us cant buy flats, rumah kos rendah, cannot buy because of the salary, but then cannot afford 400k 500k condo. x lepas. so this is it la. huhu

Nothing in S&P tell that you can't rent the rumawip.. In selangorku S&P clearly stated can't rent..

Regulations in the website is not legal.. Unless it is in black&white and stamped.. In rumawip S&P, no clause says can't be rented.. That's why thousands of rumawip such as pandamas, sentulmas bla2, all being rented already..
