Despite MK, Damansara (KL), BUKIT Jalil also categorized under international zone. (Not gazetted under international zone),So, it has nothing to do with land use permission or WIP.
Further info, kindly Google (DBKL Structure Plan 2020),
It has defined the so call International ZONE but nothing to be surprise.
