Depend your preferences, do you like MK or Segambut area?
High dense just like u living with many ppl and if the road Not big enough jamming from your car parking to your working area. Every time want go facility in weekend always in crowded 719 x 10% = 79 in swimming pool.

dropped by UEMS sales gallery few days back to ask about solaris parq.

happen to know that Kiara Kasih still got 50% to be taken up after so long, and SA sort of guarantee the offer for anyone that fulfills the requirements.

Yes still have 50% units after 3 rounds of balloting. Condos are everywhere it’s difficult to sell in the market today

Don't think you should get your hopes up. I've stayed in Klang Valley for about 5 years and sometimes I wonder who comes up with the roads and traffic ideas.

Like using cones in PJ to divert traffic which is more a temporary solution but now made into a permanent solution.

Or having to make a giant as u-turn just to get to one location.

Or if you've been to cyber, having a traffic light every few seconds.

You can apply here https://rumawip.kwp.gov.my/. Then subsequently forward the relevant documentations to UEM Sunrise showroom. Once your application succeeds, you'll receive a message inviting you for balloting. The status in the link will also show that your application is successful.
