Hmm, Iโm working on my own business in sg for a number of years. with sg pr is easier. Now Myr up to 2.9 to sgd ..and sg economy is slowing and bank retrenchment ..I think can do a little parttime work sometime since I always go back kl for family and buy a house now.. was told itโs the buyers market now , Kl property much better than sg as lesser control .. so many options and many developers giving rebates ..free this and that, sg condo not even a fox car park given and the maintenance are like sgd 300 a month.. car park 100 sgd a month.
In Kl , There are some projects highly sort after with few unit loan rejected that are open now. these are very good units because it was first chosen at the beginning but due to their bank loan rejected. More over it maybe the better price as earlier first launch.
Iโm a buyer myself and my gf too.
And I decide to be agent too but so much work and now got to work day and night to learn and pick the best projects and unit. So many .. .. almost go crazy.. work till mid night
