Today Penang Bayan Lepas factory area XOX network is getting wonky and unstable.
Morning starts with no network (for few mins) Server reboots? laugh.gif
After lunch drops to E then back to 4G again.
Tea time no network again.
Practically the whole day network is Sh*tload slowwwwwww...

I wonder redone network (also a MVNO of celcom) also like that?

I guess XOX doesn't suit you, time for you to MNP out to another telco. Not all telcos suit everyone.
So far, we use in Seremban all OK.

Can also but I think if it’s not happening now, it will survive end of the month.
That said, not sure when XOX will make everyone in the new plan. Enjoy while it lasts.

The feedback I get from onexox dealers : Onexox dealers give advice to their prepaid users to screenshot the results after checking the status as a proof in

case anything happens to their prepaid plan on/after 01/10/2025, everyone knows that onexox will ask for proof by then.

Remember ??? Previously there are some prepaid users already purchased validity but still gets BARRED/Terminated and onexox asking for proof of purchasing validity.

Dealers who have/already encounter the unsolved problems caused by company will sure advice users to take precautions.

New to XOX just second month. After my initial 1X-22 expired, I subscribed again on 10 Sept 12:14AM. Money taken off, I saw the subscription show up in app, but 1 min later it’s gone. Now Cannot go online. I did receive sms to say subscription successful and expiry is 10/10. Happened before to anyone?

Update: called customer service, they said I click end data. Why would I subscribe and end data immediately. How waiting technical check.

anyone has problem not internet when on 4G coverage but on 5G coverage the internet is okay

at work, xox data totally useless. full bar on 4G but cant use data but as soon as connected to 5G even with 1 bar, can use data without problem.

this issue happen for last 2 weeks till now

Is it the share credit no longer have RM30 options?
I wanna to transfer credit to another number, which my currently bal still have RM70..

Just wondering why the share credit only have RM1, RM3 and RM15 options only?
