New to XOX just second month. After my initial 1X-22 expired, I subscribed again on 10 Sept 12:14AM. Money taken off, I saw the subscription show up in app, but 1 min later it’s gone. Now Cannot go online. I did receive sms to say subscription successful and expiry is 10/10. Happened before to anyone?
Update: called customer service, they said I click end data. Why would I subscribe and end data immediately. How waiting technical check.
