Check the sms that you received for data plan renewal/activated to see the data plan or check the existing data plan in black app.

Call onexox CS if you confirm that 5GB deducted for FAT500 data plan.

Right now, still can.

It's stackable, u could renew for 10yrs, i suppose.

Hi,you can still extends your old onexox/xox prepaid : RM25 for every 1 year purchased before 1st June 2025

You can extends validity before expiry date cause the validity purchased extends from the expiry date(Prolong)

Update from onexox/xox dealers : -

To OLD Onexox/xox prepaid plan registered before 01/01/2025.

6 months(RM18) and 1 year(RM25) validity for old prepaid plan will NO more available starting from 01/06/2025.

From 01/06/2025 onwards all old prepaid plan that expired : will only get normal validity through top up : - every RM1 for 1 day validity.

It seems that we only have 1 month left to plan.

This is the telco(MVNO) that once very proud to promote about they are "Syariah compliant" and "Longest validity prepaid plan" in Malaysia.

Implement higher difficulties monthly KPI(For receive monthly incentives) for dealers especially part time dealer who are struggle to survive(Starts 01/04/2025)

Many part time dealers can't survive this new monthly KPI thus onexox save a lot of money .

Change dealer's yearly KPI @ RM225 to 6 month KPI @ RM500 starting from 01/04/2025

Hi, previously onexox/xox prepaid can transfer credit amount up to RM30 to other onexox/xox prepaid but now they reduced the credit transfer amount to

maximum RM15 only.

Now you need double the transfer fee to transfer RM30(RM15 x 2)

Please take note that the price of 1 year validity suddenly hike from RM25 to RM48 starting from today 01/05/2025 without any notice !!!

Wow !!! onexox act first without any notice, the only notice is about RM25 for 1 year validity will not available starting from 01/06/2025.

But they starts 1 month early.

i was calling lotus customer support. their numbers on their site.

no big deal, i had to top up rm10 then can make the call. end of call it cost about 30-50 cent or something. still i initially thought voice was to make it calls, but seems useless. i still had to top up 

the customer support was explaining it, but i cant hear too well the reason she provided other than i had to top up to make my call 
bru, if that rumored validity become a thing, id have to move elsewhere. i think there r cheaper yearly validity? didnt someone here mention hotlink? even the rm 40 ish price change is still ok for me. but not the other rumored one, yikes  i did top up my validity but i dont dare top up too much cauz u donno if the company flop or not later

No problem! Simply top up a minimum of RM30 before 1st October 2025 to continue using your existing ONEXOX PREPAID Plan.

The feedback I get from onexox dealers : Onexox dealers give advice to their prepaid users to screenshot the results after checking the status as a proof in

case anything happens to their prepaid plan on/after 01/10/2025, everyone knows that onexox will ask for proof by then.

Remember ??? Previously there are some prepaid users already purchased validity but still gets BARRED/Terminated and onexox asking for proof of purchasing validity.

6 months no use my xox prepaid,
just use it data for 2 hours,
line come and go, even with 4g,
it's best don't use xox as main number

its that normal?
