Hi all, first time user here.

Ordered new sim yesterday, today received.

Tried to activate the sim, but it seems like forever.

After putting the selfie video, it has been like 30-40 minutes that it is still showing 'Processing'.

Is this normal or in fact there's a problem?

Feels like giving up already yawn.gif

I think it’s abnormal. Mine was activated instantly. I suggest you contact their CS, they are pretty helpful.

Then 1X plans are better, the speed is not throttled for 1X-22 (at least when I was using for a month), except that they do throttle for YT during peak hours at night, I can only watch 1080p, still acceptable, but other times it is fine.

If you call onexox c.s. , they will say "Line congested" due to too many users at the same time and same area. brows.gif

This is what onexox c.s.(12273) said everytime users call to report these problems.......the same answer I get when I call 12273.

Imagine that they make their dealers to register as many users as they can to achieve monthly KPI.......but users facing "Line congested" ??? bangwall.gif

Every new users will get high/fast speed for sure , that's feedback from their dealers.

Not normal, it should not take more than 15mins to register any new telco sim.
This is why i buy sim card from dealer instead.
Any problem can rely on support from them.

And still.......onexox dealers boasted about their 5G data speed are very fast in celcom coverage area which they say the widest coverage in Malaysia.

For the past 3 to 4 days,users are complaining about slow internet speed, toggling between 4G+ and 5G

P.S. Info from onexox dealers : around 8pm there's notice on Onexox Official Dealers Group about some onexox users are facing NO signal and they are trying to find and solve the problems.
