i just registered for xox prepaid plan, and bought the 1 yr validity. want to know if new prepaid cant buy season pass now?
any data plan option that can last beyond 30 days? i dunwan to buy monthly data plan as this is my 2nd line, seldom use it.

I believe only old prepaid plans have season pass, now no more.

Damn so many t&c behind keep changes for this telco this year.

My validity 1 year will soon end this year, wanna to clearance my credit bal transfer partially to my friend since he got use data plan.
Then I can soon port out other telco. Crazy like hell so expensive of validity. shakehead.gif

Their dealers who survived monthly KPI say company want to cut cost/expenses and increase profits/incomes.......

So many part time dealers failed their new harsh monthly KPI which caused part time dealer's monthly incentives confiscated by company.

It seems that this MVNO change colour from green to yellow, did anyone notice ?

Yes, we realized the logo changes to yellow. Thought the MNVO change using digi line. laugh.gif (since it's yellow logo).. Hahaha..

Anyway, no comment about the company wanna to hit KPI.. As a customer if we think that product is not match or suitable for us, just change to another plan / options. (Customer also have their own KPI brows.gif )

Anyone else having YouTube throttling issues? I’m on the 1x22 plan at One Utama and 4K videos keep buffering but speedtest shows 200 Mbps. Using a VPN fixes the issue. I wonder if XOX is artificially throttling YouTube in certain areas.

Yes, I shared earlier. At night it will throttle to 1080p only, it will be lifted after midnight. I’m also using 1X-22.

That's wise decision to port-out from the MVNO that change to new "YELLOW" colour. hmm.gif .......was wondering why the sudden colour changed.

I tried to buy a new hotlink prepaid SIM pack and typed my XOX phone number at the TAC request number, but i couldn't receive the TAC SMS from Hotlink store. Tried other phone number not operated by XOX, all no problem and able to receive TAC SMS from Hotlink.

Anyone know why? How to fix this?

using google messages, spam protection is not on
and if on, when using other number not operated by XOX should be blocked too.

No wonder yesterday cannot use... got signal but internet dont move. I had dual sim with my hotlink as backup though.
