1. You can switch to Prepaid or Black (monthly) plan.
2. One time only offer. After 28 months, you can buy validity extension for RM25 (12 months) or RM18 (6 months). And each RM you reload will extend validity for 1 day.
3. New customer will still get 28 months validity for the line if they buy SP UNL35 upon registration/activation. The Ultimate 35 plan will last for 30 days.
4. Personally, i don't really have much problem apart from voice call since last year, but (i feel like) it's getting better. (Personal opinion).
5. It follows Celcom's coverage.

Voice call problem. Do you mean by the voice breaking during a call (incoming/outgoing)?
BTW, does XOX centre give free MNP sim card? (I know Celcom XPAX does give free MNP sim card at their store) hmm.gif

HI,personally I think extends 1 - 2 years validity considered ok.

Yes,from now till 30/06/2025 the 1 year validity still available at the price of RM25.

There's possibility after 30/06/2025 the 1 year validity will be available with price changed/hike up to 92% (RM23) + RM25 = RM48.
*
Whattt?? U mean the existing xox number validity will increase from RM25 to RM48? To follow the newly port in prepaid validity price?

On their website 1X-22 stated plan validity 30 days and with auto-renewal. And now get to know from you guys, have to topup rm30 to maintain the 30 days?

So, there might be I might missed out a day if I delay topup then not having access to data internet.
Really misleading and confusing.. Have to keep up with the validity and plan.. Both not on the same day. Whats the point of auto-renewal ? doh.gif
Can't have a peace of mind on this telco. Just topup and maintain the plan on the same expiry.

Yes.....thats right.

The plan will be active for use if your prepaid have validity.

Example : Your prepaid have expired and you top up RM22 and purchase 1X-22 plan, your prepaid will expired in 22 days and barred so you can't use from day 23 onwards.

Attached screenshot from facebook onexox dealers group by onexox dealer : see the reminder in the screenshot.

"Make sure your prepaid account has enough validity period to fully enjoy the plan for 30 days"

For the 1X-22 plan..
Do we need to top up RM30 just to subscribe the 1X-22 plan for 30 days validity?
Or once we just subscribe 1X-22 (RM22 pay by credit card) we'll get 30 days validity?

Ported my 2 lines from Hotlink Sabah 1.0 over to 1X-22. Kinda regretted after using for only a week grumble.gif

OneXOX didn't stated 1X-22 data speed. It just stated "High Speed".
1X-22 data speed: High Speed
1X-35 data speed: 50GB @ High Speed, Unlimited @ 10Mbps
1X-48 data speed: 150GB @ High Speed, Unlimited @ 10Mbps

Can see phone on 4G and 4G+ full bars. However, the loading speed is not up to the standard kinda worst than hotlink (shopee app, fb wall feeds, not even youtube). shakehead.gif
Question: What data speed 1X-22 actually is? (Kinda gimmick to lure new port-in)

As for comparison, other telco clearly stated the data speed. (Btw, both are not MVNO of celcom)
Hotlink RM25 40GB data speed 12Mbps
U Prepaid 25: Unlimited data at 12Mbps

redONE ULTRAplus25 100GB of high-speed 5G/4G data (under Celcom network, no data speed)

I guess cheap for a reason. Coverage is there but data speed is throttle (I guess between 6-8Mbps).
Perhaps, the actual data speed we getting is just the same as 1X-18 data speed: 6Mbps sweat.gif sweat.gif

And there's one saying "if you pay peanuts, you get monkeys" cool2.gif laugh.gif

Errr.. I think it is because you don't have 5G. Have you activated 5G? smile.gif
I can easily get 300-400Mbps on 1X-22.
*
For the 5G do we need call xox careline to activate 5G?
I've read azhar75 said on physical SIM have to call xox careline ask to enable VoLTE and VoWiFi.

QUOTE(iamshf @ Sep 4 2025, 07:27 PM)
depends on location i guess, hotlink in TRX was very bad, port to xox and the 4G can easily get 100-150Mbps. no regret
*
But crossing over Penang bridge the network really bad. Also at basement of Sunway Carnival mall (Perai). On the island, average loading speed here n there.
Could be due to telco over-subscribed, congested tower?

Today Penang Bayan Lepas factory area XOX network is getting wonky and unstable.
Morning starts with no network (for few mins) Server reboots? laugh.gif
After lunch drops to E then back to 4G again.
Tea time no network again.
Practically the whole day network is Sh*tload slowwwwwww...

I wonder redone network (also a MVNO of celcom) also like that?
