Only certain prepaid has that limitation. Postpaid no issue

Telco in SG still not market liberal. Charge when receive calls, can't MNP from Prepaid to Postpaid, expensive postpaid plans, etc. Due to monopoly and government linked

You will also need a letter from JPJ.....competent driving license extract(CDL) record

Since you're still holding EP/S-Pass/PEP etc etc...the SG driving license will have an expiry date...but if you're SPR there's no expiry date on the driving license

Edit: My wife's SG citizenship has been given in-principle approval!!

Traveling abroad means travel to sg or other overseas countries ?
*
thanx will register to do it soon the expiry date is 5 years rite not worried about that since can't even tell what's going to happen 3 years after. reason i wanna convert is cause i might get another offer in another country and for some reason in that country the conversion of license only applicable for sgrean license, malaysian license have to do test and travelling abroad to other countries, some country recognize sg license without the need of idp

Arcade at Raffles Place. Plenty of money changers to compare. Normally the one with long queues most likely the best rate
