tks bro..

Q1) Have a few more..can he retain his room rental since he is no longer employed, he dont mind keep paying the rent but unsure about the legality of it? currently he plan to resign--> makan angin or balik kl for 3 weeks -->> return sg find work since if your in sg easier for interview and if he continue rent...got place to stay.

Q2)i read up on the social visit regulations. can i say that my friend plan might not work already? since he will need to get a job offer then apply for svp? i feel like he macam better find work first then leave...too risky

Of course... Job banks i think also advertises private company postings. Its mainly to open the job to locals before the company can start seeking foreign talent should there be no locals applying. But i just have a feeling that  the employers have their way around that....

Nope, we can't get the id.
The idea is that they must advertise to locals first, then if only if they can't find a
suitable candidate, then they can open to the public / world. It's called the Fair Consideration Framework.

Purpose?

Last month I brought 8 laptops in my car. Printed the official email stating the purpose of use. There's still a bit of delay because the custom officer require clarifications with his officials

Anyone here commute using thoese e-scooter? Would like to hear more of user reviews. My current place is about 25mins walk to my workplace, and if was to take bus, it will take about 30mins, which include 10mins of walk. But the problem is heat. So would like to get something like e-scooter to save time

You will also need a letter from JPJ.....competent driving license extract(CDL) record

Since you're still holding EP/S-Pass/PEP etc etc...the SG driving license will have an expiry date...but if you're SPR there's no expiry date on the driving license

Edit: My wife's SG citizenship has been given in-principle approval!!

Q1 theoretically not allowed. Owners not supposed to rent to people without resident status (your friend will be tourist so he no longer has that status).
Q2 ... don't know what you mean. Basically your friend will be a tourist, go in and out 30 days at a time, 60-days-cumulative maximum every 90 day period. Other 30 days have to stay in Malaysia lo.
