Now Grab start deduct immediately after u accept the job, no longer when u start trip? I remember last time when I go briefing, they told me, they only start deduct when start trip? confused.gif

you shouldn't 'pick up' the rider if he/she/they didn't enter the car yet.

how do you check how many times had the rider used grab?

will deduct when you accept the job. but will refund you back if the job is cancelled.
can check your credit transaction history.

Deduct once you accept the job , no longer start the trip . I already verify today , I kena one trip to Banting , RM 110 .. customer told me not now but after 2 hours , she said press wrong. My credit already deducted so I call HQ to explain, hQ called customer and confirm the situation, ta-da.. I got refund after I hang up the call.

Lel....like this cialat lor.....those nothing to do fella, suka suka request trip to play around or those dunno how to use the apps simply request, once you accepted, oledi money gone. Hope Grab HQ is helpful and fast (I can vouched for Uber, if you ask anything for money, they will drag their feet, anything from 1 day to 1 weeks, sometimes even longer, with multiple email, no phone)....unlike us the drivers, need to attend the briefing to learn how to use the apps, but, any user can download the apps and request for ride, since it heavily promoted, more and more "apps-idiot" surface now to join the ride-sharing bandawagon

Yeah. Thats very fuckup. Btw you still drive uber ? Now im use uber for coming home trip only. I feel grab more relaxed, no annoying request before drop rider. also easy to maintain high rating as no need to worry the route.

Yeah. Thats very fuckup. Btw you still drive uber ?   Now im use uber for coming home trip only.  I feel grab more relaxed, no annoying request before drop rider. also easy to maintain high rating as no need to worry the route.

check your credit transaction history. if you cancel before 'pick up' rider, grabcar will refund you.

Yeah. The one who play with me is the 11th. One of nice feature of grab can know how many time rider book with grab.

Grab will refund immediately once you or passenger cancel the trips. No need call CS.

Don't think so , think again. If a trip more than RM 50 and above , grab won't refund you if you cancel the trip. I know because I just cancel one trip to test it out tongue.gif

I not sure about trip above RM50 as I never had before except Airport trip. But you dont need to waste time and call all the time. Just send an email when u back home.

Pro:
1. Able to see rider destination and fare. (Avoid being scam to do short trips.)
2. Incentive reward online during peak hour.
3. Non incentive driver can aim for big fare. No need bother acceptance rating or cancellation rating.


Con:
1. No cancellation fees. (unlike Uber cancel after 5 mins, penalty RM5).
2. Rider ask divert other destination you can't do anything.
3. No waiting time. Rider ask to wait 10 mins you can't do anything.
