Speaking of Uber experience, it about 20% of the ride I would say......a lot of case is due to new riders ignorance, simply pin the pickup location, which is not the right location, then, unable to contact them, end up need to cancelled.

I am not boss, I just a lowly taxi sapu driver marketed as high class ride sharing partner by Uber only

Lel....like this cialat lor.....those nothing to do fella, suka suka request trip to play around or those dunno how to use the apps simply request, once you accepted, oledi money gone. Hope Grab HQ is helpful and fast (I can vouched for Uber, if you ask anything for money, they will drag their feet, anything from 1 day to 1 weeks, sometimes even longer, with multiple email, no phone)....unlike us the drivers, need to attend the briefing to learn how to use the apps, but, any user can download the apps and request for ride, since it heavily promoted, more and more "apps-idiot" surface now to join the ride-sharing bandawagon
