IOS user got another trick if want to register but don't want to do it under alpha.
You need to register using an android phone first. just borrow from anyone. after activation, call CS and tell you change phone and provide the new imei. no need let them know IOS.

And in my opinion, all drivers need to start calling CS fighting for our right. How can rider is always having the upper hand now? Here is same example of rider wrong doing:

- Rider cheated the fare. Set destination nearer than actual drop off location. 
I suggest everytime we face such riders, we call CS and complain. We must let Grab wake up and see the importance of drivers able to get a say on rider as well.

Herroo guys. My acceptance is at 90.0 right now, should I leave it ah? Cause I'm abit too busy to drive today but I remember reading something about people complaining that even at 90.0 grab says their acceptance is below.

is better to ask then straight: they prefer call or email? to report on problematic passenger.
and how will they take action to those passenger?

89.99% will not get incentive. what shown is already rounded up to 1 decimal point. to be save you must target 90.1% so that you are very sure confirm it's above 90%.

Today raining demand high. 1 hour 4 trips... Yesterday nearly 1 hour 5 trips.

Raining usually got surge and mostly short trips. Not necessary from LRT.
