It is correct. And you can know the pick up point and drop off point before you accept the job. A lot of Uber driver move to Grab. Only IOS (Apple) user unable to drive grab.

really...... some of them still dun know how to compare the service offered by grab vs normal taxi.

most passenger are showing dump up for the service provided by private car and willing to pay more.

therefore higher fee is justifiable......

however the fees structure really make make driver like they driving taxi cars...

Today drive 3 hours morning 4 hours evening busy hour.

A lot short trips and less customer dunno why.
Total earn before deduct RM 112. Incentive get around RM130. Ok first time incentive higher than what I collect from customer because most is short trips today.

morning all.. anyone here uses Huawei phone? Do u have notification error whereby you dont get notification when a request comes in?

I was using Oneplus One before this, now changed to Huawei P9. But now, I dont get any notification if got new request... anybody can help me pleaseeeee...     

what's the use of getting incentive when you can't cash it out cuz its credited into the credit wallet? If the incentive I earn is less than RM150, then I can't cash out. What for I need so much Credit for? I'd need to drive to get RM750 fare only can utilised RM150.

  why u guys so lucky met so many mafan ppl. i m driving uber, havent switch to grab yet. the most mafan customer is just requested me to wait for them doing 10min grocery shopping. but multiple stop is allowed in uber so i cannot complain.

another customer going to kl sentral then i requested her to sit in front with good manner and politely. mana tahu kena screwed by her. she said: i will complain to uber, why the driver afraid of taxi driver , better just dont drive in malaysia.

KITA YANG CARI DUIT UNTUK DIORG, KALAU KITA TAKDA, HABIS LA COMPANY GRABCAR.
So saya nak mintak semua driver2 sekalian, HARI JUMAAT, 7 PAGI HINGGA 6 PETANG, tolong lah OFF HANDPHONE MASING2.
Nak on UBER on la. Kita bagi diorg rasa PENANGAN DRIVER2 mcm mana.
Diorg TURUNKAN HARGA TAMBANG, TAPI HARGA MINYAK MAKIN NAIK, KOS HIDUP MAKIN NAIK.
Kalau GRABCAR turunkan harga tambang, tapi KURANGKAN 20% jadi 10% TAKPE JUGAK.
Sekarang , diorang masih lagi ambik 20% , tambah dengan 15% PENURUNAN HARGA TAMBANG.
TOTAL DIORG AMBIK DARI KITA ADALAH 35%
Diorang ingat driver tak pandai Matematik.
Mari kita bagi diorang rasa GEGARAN GRABCAR.

This message was from a guy on the grab chat group. He really earned my respect. At least he put his dissatisfaction into action.

You may or may not support the idea. Everybody have their rights to choose.

I choose to support because grabbies being treated  like dirtbag lately.

Why Friday? Simple...friday is the busiest day. Means grab need more drivers on that day. Sometimes you need to sacrifices abit for a good cause.

Talking about blind rider, fetch few times, all booked by their friends or companion, except one .

Apparently, his phone has installed apps that will sound when touch or scroll, read text etc. When it spell or read, it does in very fast paste.

thanks for all the feedback on drivers ffk.....may I know how often this happen? Speaking of Uber experience, it about 20% of the ride I would say......a lot of case is due to new riders ignorance, simply pin the pickup location, which is not the right location, then, unable to contact them, end up need to cancelled.

1. Able to see rider destination and fare. (Avoid being scam to do short trips.)
2. Incentive reward online during peak hour.
3. Non incentive driver can aim for big fare. No need bother acceptance rating or cancellation rating. really? i scare kena banned due to low acceptance rate though....



Con:
1. No cancellation fees. (unlike Uber cancel after 5 mins, penalty RM5). yeah this sucks
2. Rider ask divert other destination you can't do anything. politely say no or ask to pay extras (your price) if don't agree go to the initial destination and request payment
3. No waiting time. Rider ask to wait 10 mins you can't do anything. i'll cancelled as no show and email Grab to take action (hope they banned these riders)

I only know it is more like carpool.

But hows the fare charge and how the incentive still remain unknown
