He need to accept the offer before he able to call the customer. Even he cancelled the trip before go to pick up location, the RM13 will still not refundable until you send an email to Grab.

Everyone also know that we need to accept the job request then only we can see the customer personal number.

Once got the job, number shown then call to confirm location and time .. so simple also cannot do ? If the customer say not now, call grab immediately to have immediate refund if the customer don't know how to cancel the booking .. sigh..

Currently there is no refund of KLIA trip if cancel unless you send them an email for refund.

Chill bro. The pickup location was very near only so i just came there pick up without call. I did not expect the rider want to ride later or maybe the newbie just play2 with the apps only.

Example : I received a job request from xxx location to xxx location. Then I called the customer, customer told me she only go at 9pm instead of 8pm , I asked her to cancel and she said don't know , look at her record , only used grab for 4th times , damm noob. I straight away cancel and call HQ to ask for refund, after hang up the call, refund is there !

Now Grab start deduct immediately after u accept the job, no longer when u start trip? I remember last time when I go briefing, they told me, they only start deduct when start trip? confused.gif

you shouldn't 'pick up' the rider if he/she/they didn't enter the car yet.

will deduct when you accept the job. but will refund you back if the job is cancelled.
can check your credit transaction history.
