Anyone has tried BT of supp card?
*
I have tried BT from my supp card in Bank A to my principal card in Bank B, apparently unsuccessful/ rejected because the bank only accept BT from principal card to principal card under the same name.

You can't BT using supp cards. What scenario are you envisaging (i.e. transfer the balance to supp card, or pay the outstanding supp card balance)?

Oh. Hmm. My method only works if no statement required (e.g. PBB, or MBB via Maybank2u).

What I did was BT total outstanding (all my principal + supps) into my principal. Then once the funds received by PBB, it will show as excess credit on principal. Then I called PBB CS and requested the excess credit on principal to be paid out to all my supps. Took 1-2 days only.

Would this work for you?

Update on my experience with MBB 0% BT:

1. Applied 15/9 morning via e-mail

2. Received SMS approval 19/9 @ 6.02pm

3. Received SMS that amounts have been transferred 20/9 @ 10.20am

4. PBB online shows funds marked as received on 20/9 @ 4.00pm

So far, no BT charges or amounts shown on Maybank2u.

is it suppose to show as unbilled transaction? i guess you did for mbb 1% previously, can share if it appears in m2u history immediately once bt approved/fund transferred?

from my experience on 2015's mbb 0% bt promo, the bt amount and fees only appears on bill date. it wont appear as unbilled amount.

Looking back at the previous posts, I think people mentioned that the 3% + GST gets charged first, then only waived later? The last time I did a MBB BT was a long time ago, so I can't remember what happened in my situation.

Anyway, still no charges in MBB, and my balances with PBB and HLB fully settled so I am very happy. smile.gif

yes the fee will be charged and waived later.

but the fee and BT amount only appear/posted in the statement on bill date, you cant actually view them *now* in M2U history.

it seems this is how mbb's bt works (posted on bill date as billed amount), rather than as unbilled amount.

If submit MBB BT thru M2U, if choose the 12-mth 0% option, the last column indicate a 3% fees will be charged n no mentioning of waiver. so is this safe? At least if submit by form this fee waiver is stated in the form, No?

fking 1diot maybank CS, i had to email because they take months to send me my new card and i cannot do it online.

First they email asking for my statement, i asked them to GTFO because online submission doesn't require it.

One day later, CS call me to verify and said is been processed.

Two days later, email me asking for statement again claiming must have statement.
