I think you'll be OK - AEON usually very fast. And can call to follow up early next week if you really need to meet the due date.

Done that before not because on purpose few years back. Called CS, they ask for the reason to transfer the cash and say it will take place (i think) 10 working days. I didnt track which working day the money was refunded into CASA.

Most recent experience was a couple of weeks ago. They say 5 - 8 working days. They didn't ask me any reasons (for approximately RM8k) and no queries or problems.

how would we know now if the fund already depleted? there's no way to see this. not sure if cs can tell us, but very unlikely. it's up to maybank's discretion and they're not obligated to tell us also.

worst case scenario: 2,400 ppl BT max RM50k. fund sure depleted fast.

that's why try to apply bt as soon as you can. perhaps first few months is ok gua.

If during application u indicate that the BT is 12-month 0%, then b4 approval, MBB should be able to know whether funds allocated already fully taken up, and we will be duly informed. Just my 2sen.

we will be duly informed before approval? i received no such notification from maybank prior to nor after approval.

anyone wanna try asking maybank before applying?

What I am saying is if funds already depleted, they will call/contact us to see if we still want to proceed but without fee waiver. Anyway when I send in my BT application by email, I will instruct to only proceed with fee waiver.

Well i applied by email, the guy was telling me as if for sure will get waiver.

Just requested increase CL couple days ago and got increased today.
Then I applied BT half an hour ago
5 minutes ago received email - rejected...

Strange how some people get auto rejected via Maybank2u. Perhaps try using the email and see what happens?
