They say no cost at all for 6 months. No Need to show credit card statement.
Need to pay only 5% of outstanding per month.
Total balance outstanding pay before expiry of 6 months.
Tempted to get free use of money but worry about small print TnC .Cannot find info on this promo online.

Thanks for the link!
That's what they claim...so it's like "rugi lah kalau u don't take this offer" narrative they are selling me.
Few months back, they also call me to offer..that time it was 0% for 12 months...no time to find out, so din bother.
Now only 6 months tenure.
If there's no hidden cost anywhere, heck, it's 1k+ free money tongue.gif

Both also can call CS but need principal cardholder around for CS to do the verification.

In my case, I call the CS and say wanna transfer to principal and other supp. CS asked to talk to principal cardholder for verification purpose only, after that I (as supp cardholder) continue to talk to CS and instruct how much to transfer to the respective cards.

Tips - if the principal cardholder and yourself (supp cardholder) is of same gender, you can even talk in the capacity of principal cardholder. For my case, my husband was the principal cardholder and hence i need to pass to him for the verification.

From the T&C, point #12.

from time to time, at its sole discretion), the Balance Transfer Amount shall be deemed to be
an outstanding balance in the UOBM Credit Card Account in which the Balance Transfer

No ..retail transaction after BT will not attract finance charges.. I took this 0% BT in Mar and spend and join the april, may june rm1500 campaign

and No finance charge is charge.

One thing about this BT is they never inform you when is the expiry date of 6 month and you have to remember when is the date they pay out the

BT sum and 6 month from the date is the expiry date.

Did UOB attach/send the TnC/agreement for the specific BT Plan that was approved?

I feel safer to have a formal BnW TnC to refer to rather than the verbal version by CS on the phone.
eg CS said no penalty for early settlement but looks like there's a RM100 charge.
CS said pay only 5% of outstanding BT amount each month, by end of 6 months pay balance from approval date.
Is "Approval date' = to date of pay out of BT sum? Payout date probably will be few days after Date of approval.

Don't want to be caught paying 18% pa for the BT amount bangwall.gif

Is there any reference to this as BT Plan 11?
There appears to be some variations in the TnC for the different Plans that are on offer.

Unfortunately they did not sent any TnC or agreement for the BT.. after we agree to take up they will call again from their
recording system and playback the TnC and ask us to confirm on this recording system.. haha .. it is quite a risk ..i reckon..
but for me, mine BT 6 month have just past and every month i only pay 5% of total BT. By the 4th month they call again and ask
to take another flexi BT .. I also oblige...so on my due date on 30th sept.. i call 2 times and the different CS say different figure..
end up i make 2 instant transfer last Sat to avoid the short payment as i cant figure out the exact BT sum to pay for the 1st BT.
UOB set up a new BT account and i have 2 active BT with this account.. so confusing.. I also dont want to be caught paying 18% pa
for those BT. In our monthly statement it will show the draw down date of BT and 6 month from this date we must re-pay all the BT ,
do not follow the statement Due date as the BT expiry date will be 6 month from the draw down date.

Overall i would say UOB is very generous with BT and i have benefit a lot from their offer ... only thing is we need to be very very
careful with their Expiry Dates and Early settlement as otherwise it will cause us $$$$$.
