Rearding the overpayment refund service by HLB.

Can refund to SA. Maximum amount allowed is RM1000. Refund will be credited the next business day. Apparenly can refund to other banks SA too but I didn't try.
But be warned, it is only RM1000 per month. This include refund to BT account. How I am not able to refund to my BT account  Not sure if there iis a RM1000 limit if I just refund to BT account first.

Hi, wan ask that does the HLB SA ask you the source of this "overpayment"?
Such as is it from another saving account (other bank) or Balance transfer by another bank?

The SA told me if :

1) Saving can transfer
2) BT cannot transfer

Not at all. Iirc, when the BT from other banks goes into the card account, the description already stated its BT.

I see some of mine show IBG only

Some bottom will put "Bank name [XXX] credit card centre" like that

So far statement i didn't see "BT"
