Login to your M2U desktop page > All cards > Apply Balance Transfer > Select your MBB card. Then it will show your max transfer limit.

I tried to apply for a BT.
The amount I applied is lower than the transfer limit.
But I received email from MBB that my BT is unsuccessful.

I call to CS and they told me that the system declined my application automatically.

Anyone got this issue? should i apply lower amount?

about 1-2 days to know the approval status. another 2-3 days for fund transfer. it coud varies, this is just what i observed to my BT via email applications.

No. Balance transfer only apply to Principal card.

Did u mean that card was overpaid, so bank owe u atm?
If yes, suppose u can ask to transfer that excess to any available your bank acc. I think no charge for that.
And cash advance is another different features of cc. With high charges though, it's like do instant loan from cc. Highly not recommended.

Any idea when was the cutoff date for the MBB 0% promo?
My BT was done on 12/7, and the 3% fee have charged to my card.
But until now, still no Refund yet for the 3% fee.
Hopefully my BT still eligible for waiver.

I done MBB BT on 07 & 20 of Jul, still havent get waiver too.
