Use Citibank for AEON cards, it will accept as BT for AEON.

I was offered by UOB telemarketer for Balance Transfer after i decline personal loan.

when i look search on back on the thread for UOB BT, it is paying min 5% per month and the last month settled the balance exactly on statement date?

Correct; but do reconfirm the t&c with them. Who knows if they adjusted their t&c.
Do take note that the 6 month BT is 0%, 12 month BT comes with 1% one time charge.

no penalty, the payment will just sits at the card account as credit.
there is really no point of doing so as they only allow one BT running at one time.

i was told early settlement can be requested over the phone, no penalty as well, but i have not done it.

REASON: due to the amount requested in the form and statement balance shown is different. Please note that for balance transfer, you are not allowed to transfer more than amount stated in the statement.

If submit statement via email must tally with the statement amount.
