I saw many people applied BT from M2U website and approved.

Mine always got rejected no matter how many times I applied. Same case for the last year BT promotion.

What is the reason that they rejected the BT? I applied through email and approved by them within 3 days.

My card was actively been used since they introduce back the weekend 5% rebate since April but still got rejected by M2U when I applied last week.

I just done ambank to MBB BT. I want to request the excess amount to my maybank saving account.

Last time I get this message also when my credit limit is not enough to do BT

I'd called Citibank to transfer to my other bank saving account but the cs said must have proof of payment. If not then they cannot proceed with the request and it is the procedure of their bank. I asked to transfer back to the source of payment and they again said they can't do that.

Anyone can advise?

The cs only mention if want to transfer to other bank account. I didn't ask if transfer to Citibank saving account. I don't have Citibank saving account because there was no Citibank branch at my area.

Any offer on the balance transfer for 12 mths and with 0% interest and 0% management fees?

I had tried to search thru all banks and it seems like no bank offering that plan currently.

Did anyone aware that RHB did offer Smart move Balance Transfer and CashXcess for existing RHB credit card owner?

I call to cancel my RHB credit card early of May 2020 and someone called me to offer BT 0% for 12 months or CashXcess 0% for 6 months.

I applied the BT and approved the next day. 3rd day my credit cards were paid.
