I finally got HSPA where I am. Bliss!

But I notice download still stops if I upload something. Annoying.

Relieved to know I'm not the only one. Are you using the E1762?

Nope, I am using ZTE MF622, still rocking well. biggrin.gif
Anyway, the download speed is totally drool.gif
I got 410kBps this morning! Of course it went down but stayed constantly at 350kBps. rclxms.gif
It was the same during peak hours at night too, been downloading like crazy these days. laugh.gif

I got both Huawei E1762 and ZTE MF622.
The ZTE MF622 is a lot better.
Less disconnection, better signal and less problem.

Yes, ZTE MF622 is one of my gadgets that I never regret owning. biggrin.gif
It makes my life easier, Internet is no longer an issue. thumbup.gif
Though it looks outdated compared to these days' USB modems which look like a thumb drive but it is far superior than the newer modems. rclxms.gif

About the hotspot, I'm considering one as soon as I get more gadgets that need WiFi. So far only my laptop and mobile phone are using WiFi. OK, my PSP and NDSL too but I seldom play with them. tongue.gif

I can detect HSDPA signal at my area but always fail to connect.
I always got to force connection to GPRS to connect. So slow the speed.

Anyone knows or recommend any good HSPA+ modem?

I see, shall try this during weekend when I'm still awake during the "happy hours" laugh.gif
Ever since I'm on Maxis, most of the time, I'm on MU and HF, super fast speed even though on free account. Can reach 400kBps. laugh.gif thumbup.gif
But constantly 220kBps and above. biggrin.gif

Yeah, only this. I'm sure the normal broadband still gets constant cursing from the users. laugh.gif

I made this video:

Speed:HSPA (HSDPA/HSUPA)
Provider: Maxis
Device: Internal WWAN card (MC8780)
Location: Maxis Centre JB

At one point I can even get up to 60Mbps.
