seem like it's way better than maxis wireless package.
and this is cheaper too.

why don't everyone use this instead of maxis wireless package then?

QUOTE(he-sham @ May 12 2009, 02:36 AM)
mine data unlimited 99 + 15 + 15 + 5%tax = 135.45...all three simcards are unlimited... my sister & girlfriend use another 2 sim cards...  brows.gif

[attachmentid=958383]

but my advice...

first step, better take data unlimited 99 as a main simcard...they will give u normal maxis 3g postpaid simcard..

later (after a few days) then only add multi sim 1 line... u can add up to 5 additional cards  cool2.gif...all other cards will follow whateva the mainline capabilities... ohh yeah forget to mentioned, they will also replace your existing main simcard to new multisim 1 line simcard plus how much new simcards that u need to add....

thats the concept of multisim 1 line...

if both pon kena rm99....better create new fresh account....no need to use multi sim one line like that...

any update on this?

I'm currently using maxis postpaid VP80 plan.
I do not want this my main number to attach with this maxis unlimited 3G plan. I want to get a new number for data only. Can I do that? A person can have how many accounts with maxis? Or this number will have to be under my main number just like a supp line?

ZTE MF622 -- RM 320
Huawei E220 -- RM 250

Worth paying the extra RM70 for a device with the same function???

i went to maxis yesterday and my doubts got sorted out there

the package can only hav ONE multisim.
the billing will be like this rm99 (data unlimited main line) +rm15(multi sim)+rm15(data service sup. line)+5% tax, if it is a full cycle bill
total = rm135.45

sincerely, i hope maxis wont change it cause its a real deal

thumbup.gif

and new users wannabe, can u pls try others first cause i dun wan this to get congested so fast like siowkom
*
sorry i dont quite understand.

I'm using my 3G sim with a CSL modem but the connection always got disconnected. So what is the problem? Coz of the modem or sim card or service provider or weak line?

but i guess, its the connection or transmission prob

I tried with my phone (nokia 5800) and the disconnection is not so frequent.
But with this CSL modem, I always get disconnected tho.

Anyway to solve this?

my observations

abt your sim card,
wat package is tat?
could it be sim locked?
is your area a high user area, test it elsewhere

abt your modem,[cool.gif
chk the usb cable
find a suitable site in your hse, my house near the bathroom hav HSDPA, other place only GPRS biggrin.gif
*
I'm using normal maxis 3G sim (not multi sim), taking the unlimited package of RM99 per month.
The connection is good. But the problem is, it will always get disconnected.

finally,

where is your location?

if it is PJ ( near moderator Fruitie's area ) then it is bandwidth saturation or line congestion
*
sg. besi,
most of the people here use celcom broadband tho.

crazy promotion in front of low yat plaza.

So meaning that the disconnection is because of the maxis line and not the modem problem and also not because of weak signal.

disconnection is so frequent
