yeap, mine is NOT tied to any data plan. I think maxis is doing a great job at introducing multiple packages for their mobile internet. digi doesn't have the kind of plans that maxis has which is one of the reasons why i am sticking with maxis for now.

I received the same SMS too, and not tied to any data plan.

and I agreed, MAXIS offered better multiple data packages, then other telcos.

Will Maxis launch their HSBB can achieve speeds of 10Mbps wireless as advertised? Now the price for broadband is quite expensive already.

Good for you. Recently I noticed there is a fluctuate in my download speed, DDL especially regardless of Megaupload, Hotfile or Sendspace. sad.gif

Not as great as last time which hit 400kBps, nowadays maximum is 70kBps and will drop to 35kBps after that. Should I complain to Maxis via Twitter?

im having the same problem.. but mine is even worse, it will drop to 10++kbps... shakehead.gif
my friend said maxis might have throttled those hosting sites.. and Fileserver as well.. blink.gif
coz i tried MF and DLNext no problem, still the same speed like before..

anyway, do update with us if u've issued a complain to maxis..

I have already filed my complaint to Maxis via phone call and Twitter, see if there is any rectification will be made.
Put those hosting sites aside, even normal surfing I'm only getting at max 500kbps.
Watched Youtube videos with buffers which didn't happen that commonly last time.
I told them I used to get more than 1.5Mbps and now I'm getting 500kbps, that is slower by three times. I cannot accept it.
Last round in May I had the same problem too, in fact slower than what I am getting now but they really did some tweaking and rectification.
God knows what they have done but it was solved in the end!
Hopefully this round I'll have the same solution as last time. *Prays hard*

By the way, I suggest you to make a report as well. The more people complain, the more efficient they will be.
