Anyway, I've been with Umobile since 2013....after port from maxis & digi.. start with basic prepaid, than postpaid rm28, then postpaid rm68, then postpaid 58, then postpaid 50, then finally to postpaid70.... how i could change my plan so offen in Umobile? Cos is no contract & no upgrade downgrade fee, best of all they always update their latest postpaid package via sms directly to me.... So please study your competition before open your mouth..... as wiseman said, no one knows its empty if not open ...

btw I don't need to resign to get my better benefits, my boss will surprise me every quarter.... , if really happen as u describe to get better perks, i choose not to stay in that bloody discrimination company

First of all, yes i do not know thats why i am asking and hope people will share.

Oh and yes, my mistake also as while i was replying, i was thinking about their current plan for 5gb which cost about 158 compare to their counter offer 68 for 5gb, it did not occur to me with situation where the value gap is between 20-30. Im not trying to play smart and i hope you too. Its been years since i last check on all telco plan and i do not keep myself update with all the plan from.different telco from time to time.

And again, i did not say one must resign to get what u want.i did wrote there some.boss appreciate and some do not. And there is a "Might" i wrote there.

CELCOM and UMOBILE offer the same packages at the same price and the same amount of data all across MALAYSIA. Your so-called clarification will only backfire on you.

I went to Maxis centre to check my account, (not port out) but they did tell me I got offered with RM78 package with 5GB data and unlimited calls & sms. I even receive the sms as well when register for the que. So about this loyalty program thing, can I assume they did have promotion for their loyal customer just that we have to find it out on our own like giving them a call or visiting their maxis centre?

Btw I did not take that plan as I don't plan to spend more than 50 a month.

One of my supplementary line just ported out few days ago, but before port out I already got the offer for 78, so its not related. And the supp line port out did not receive any counter offer... mayb because port out to u mobile?

i think it's not just unfair treatment to customer, are they even allowed to counter offer after their customer ported out?

Mind you they only call after you type "y" to confirm the port out.

Haha, anyway, am so happy everyone is turning against them now. In the end I didn't need to work so hard with all my postings on their FB till I got banned. They seem happy to dig their own grave.
