I went to Maxis centre to check my account, (not port out) but they did tell me I got offered with RM78 package with 5GB data and unlimited calls & sms. I even receive the sms as well when register for the que. So about this loyalty program thing, can I assume they did have promotion for their loyal customer just that we have to find it out on our own like giving them a call or visiting their maxis centre?
Btw I did not take that plan as I don't plan to spend more than 50 a month.

I use Maxis GO plan,
By calling their 123, does that use up my 100 minutes call monthly quota? I've been calling for more than 4 times in these 2 days and each of them took me 6 mins but still cannot reach their CSO

The 28 talkmore is not a supp line, however this is offered by their retention team which is transferred by the customer service after I told them my situation to port out the main line, but still maintaining the current supp line. |
