don't feel like this,think those pay 158 and 188,you already lucky only pay 78.

Note:currently look like more cheaper,some of them get 78 7gb+unlimited calls & sms

if you feel U mobile,Digi and Celcom is same or better than Maxis,Somemore they also given you the reasonable plan,you can directly port to them...

You are correct.If today Maxis come out a plan like First Gold plan, I quite sure a lot of people will port in or port back to Maxis because the "QUALITY".Maybe some of the place Maxis coverage is not good,but there are a lot of other place are doing quite good 4G coverage compare to other brand.

I wont scold, I will just feedback them that they need to improve their services and price according to the destination.. Some destination price can't be lowered as some airport that they were land charge exorbitantly on them, so they have no choice but to put high price.
In the case of Maxis, I dont see any real effort on giving users a better plan.

I quite sure in your heart, you still strongly agree Maxis give you a good quality coverage compare to others...Maybe you can think that why they are more expensive compare to others.

No surprise for me if Maxis didn't come out any plan to fight with the others.
Why?If come out a better plan like first gold,The customer currently on One Plan will confirmed switch to this new plan or limited plan.
There will be a lot of loss of revenue and profit.So instead public the counter offer or new/limited plan,their only way is do nothing and counter offer some of the customers they selected who want to port out.
Now already 18 March,31 March the first gold plan maybe end.
Last year celcom come out 38 plan,they also didn't public any new plan,just counter offer some of the selected customers.

Most of them are rich or prefer stable rather than change.

First he offer me RM68 and will get 5GB unlimited call but i rejected. Then he said can give me more data, so he offer me RM88 8GB unlimited call, also I rejected it. He ask why? I said i get better offer from Celcom with RM80 gold plan. Then he start condemn Celcom saying even thou Celcom give more data but their 4G speed is slower than maxis blablabla, I just stop him and said I already frustrated with maxis and already decided to port out,so no thanks.

So I hope if anyone intend to port out and get a counter offer from maxis, just reject it. This is to teach maxis a lesson so they will realize that we customer are not stupid and we can make our choice if we are not happy with them.

maybe you should ask them the penalty you need to pay for terminate your line now.
I think 2 year is contract period they offer you the RM90 rebate.After 2 year,the rebate will be remove.
If not mistake they will no charge the penalty for the "contract".

And Many say "I would back to Maxis if they offer something similiar or lower" few weeks back but now I think majority customer are so frustrated on how they treat their long time customers.

When I want to port out from Maxis but before port out i requested for more data with no extra charge? And I'm a 10yrs plus customers (loyal). But "NO" is "NO". But this post in Low Yat the customer since to get the offer of RM68 with 7GB plus Unlimited calls after few rejections. But why I cannot? 10yrs using Maxis is nothing?

So then I ported out and change to UMobile. RM70 with 7GB data and Unlimited calls. So I've been using it for not even a year then UMobile launched a new package of RM70 but with more data 15GB and Unlimited calls. Good thing is mine is upgraded too without any additional charges.

Can Maxis do that? Upgrade charge.. This charge that charge...

Actually now no people force by using Maxis. Not happy just port out.If you feel the celcom and digi better than maxis.Then what is the point stay at maxis.Contract not a reason because you can pay penalty and get back within few month after you move to celcom and digi.
