U mobile.... More freebies... extra 250MB Data Quota for port in number.... but will thinking change in future.. sometime the data is not stable

Their service has been shitty! Their customer service agents are arrogant, stupid and don't seem to understand simple English.

I was a customer of Celcom for 9 years before I ported out because of crappy internet in the CITY CENTRE (KL) and bad reception in my house.

Now... Maxis. How come for the first time, the LTE has been so bad? Finished quota 18 days bef billing cycle AND I AM ALSO ON WIFI 80% of the time.

I dunno man. Dilemma. Celcom is terrible in my house, I can't receive or make calls unless I go outside or am upstairs. Digi is shit service and lousy prices. U-mob coverage is not great.

It's a toss between staying with Maxis of go back to celcom. I think I would  rather   suffer with Maxis since i can answer calls freely when I'm at home.     

not so good experience for me with digi terus potong..cant get thru cs 4 times a day and just disconnect our call..ask payment all channel come sms n email asking for payment..plus my location digi not so good ..only sialcom and maxshit can use..

For data n line. Sarikei, Sibu, Bintulu, Miri, Baram Maxis > Celcom... Celcom doesn't even have stable 3g in PermyJaya, Miri.

Celcom wide? haha. most Longs in Miri still have Maxis 3G, but Celcom sorry la...

how is celcom coverage
as compared to maxis ?

saying that , mostly celcom only got 3G coverage not till 4G

for years, east malaysians have always had to pay more for normal goods. (realize that most things have a west malaysia and an east malaysia price?)

now that east malaysia has a better deal, suddenly everyone's having an outcry.

Maxis CS called me just now after i went to Celcom to port over 3 hours ago

made me the same offer as urs: RM88 7GB + 1GB( for first 6 months) + spotify premium with 15gb streaming music + unlimited calls and sms

i'm contemplating now and told him to call back later. Reason is i'm currently a Spotify Premium subscriber under Maxis. If I port over to Celcom Gold for RM80/month, i will have subscribe to Spotify Premium again for RM15/month, which total up to RM95/month.

i asked him for the 5GB plan and he chocked for awhile, but told me this is the only plan they could offer me

Currently on Maxis SurfMore 50 (2GB only ), every month after some calls and sms will total up to aroun RM60+. I might take this offer for that extra 6GB + unlimited call and sms...

but still, damn Maxis... u want play so low mehh? ppl port out only wanna retain with special offer.

Yes, for sure. But if you accept their offer it also means you can't buy a new device from them in the future coz then you will revert to their standard BS plans
